الملخص
مهارة المقابلة من أهم أنواع الاتصال الشفوي المباشر، لأنها تعتمد على المحادثة حول العديد من المعلومات والإجابة على الاستفسارات التي لا يمكن الحصول عليها من خلال خطوات أخرى في عملية الاختيار لأنها تحدث في الغالب وجها لوجه لذلك وجب مراعاة مهارات الاتصال اللفظية وغير اللفظية بغية عدم تشويه المعنى المقصود والمساهمة في القيام بمقابلة ناجحة من حيث توفير المعلومات الكثيرة والعميقة حول الموضوع المراد دراستها ولا تكون المقابلة مثمرة أيضا إلا إذا تم التحضير لها بعناية. The interview skill is one of the most important types of direct oral communication, because it depends on the conversation about many information and answering questions that cannot be obtained through other steps in the selection process because it mostly occurs face to face. Therefore, verbal and nonverbal communication skills must be taken into account in order not to distort the meaning. It is intended and contributed to a successful interview in terms of providing extensive and deep information about the subject to be studied. The interview is also not fruitful unless it is carefully prepared.
