ملخص: نهدف من خلال دراستنا، البحث في موضوع ظاهرة البطالة لدى حاملي شهادة الماستر وإنعكاساتها على علاقاتهم الاجتماعية، هذه الأخيرة قُمنا بتحديدها في العلاقات الأسرية والعلاقات مع الأصدقاء، حيث إستخدمنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مع الاعتماد على تقنية الاستمارة لجمع البيانات الميدانية من عينة الدراسة، حيث إعتمدنا على عينة قصدية من حاملي شهادة الماستر البطالين بولاية برج بوعريريج، بالاضافة إلى ذلك قُنا بإستخدام الاحصاء الوصفي يدويا ً في تفريغ البيانات التي تم تجميعها من عينة الدراسة، وذلك من خلال إبراز التكرارات والنسب المئوية عن طريق الجداول البسيطة. بعد إجراء دراستنا الميدانية ومناقشة نتائج الفرضيات توصلنا إلى النتيجة الرئيسية التالية : أن فترة البطالة التي يقضيها حاملي شهادة الماستر بولاية برج بوعريريج بعد تخرجهم، لم تؤثر على علاقتهم الأسرية ولم تؤثر على علاقتهم مع أصدقائهم. Abstract: Through our study, we aim to investigate the issue of unemployment among master’s degree holders and its repercussions on their social relations, the latter we have identified in family relationships and relationships with friends, where we used in this study the descriptive analytical approach, while relying on the questionnaire technique to collect field data from the study sample Where we relied on an intentional sample of unemployed master's degree holders in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj, in addition to that, we used descriptive statistics manually to dump the data collected from the study sample, by highlighting frequencies and percentages through simple tables. After conducting our field study and discussing the results of the hypotheses, we reached the following main conclusion: The period of unemployment spent by holders of a master's degree in the state of Bordj Bou Arreridj after their graduation did not affect their family relationship and did not affect their relationship with their friends.
