موضع الأدلة النقلية من بعضها من حيث ثبوت الأحكام بها

الملخص
إن إنكار الاستدلال بالسنة والاقتصار على الكتاب وحده، هو دعوى بلا حجة، وقد جاء هذا البحث محاولة لدفع هذه الشبهة بأدلة لا تبارى، وأثبتنا إتباعا لها، أن المصدرين الأساسيين الكتاب والسنة متماثلة في القوة التشريعية. وخلص البحث إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن السنة مع الكتاب على ثلاث مراتب لا رابع لها: فهي إما مؤكدة، له، أو مبينة، أو منفردة بأحكام شرعية عملية جديدة لم يرد ذكرها بصريح العبارة فيه. The denial of inference from the Sunnah and confining it to the Book alone is a claim without argument. This research came as an attempt to refute this suspicion with incomparable evidence, and we proved, following it, that the two main sources, the Book and the Sunnah, are similar in legislative power. The research concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which is that the Sunnah with the book has three levels, without a fourth: it is either confirmed, clear, or isolated by new practical legal rulings that are not explicitly mentioned in it.
