كليات في علم الفرائض

الملخص
يشتمل علم الفرائض على كليات وجزئيات، ولما كانت الكليات أثبت وأبقى في خزانة العقل من الجزئيات التي يشق ضبطها على المبتدىء، فقد وضع علماء الفرائض قواعد كلية تنضبط بها تلك المسائل الجزئية. وجاء هذا البحث ليبين حقيقة الفرائض والكليات، ويستعرض كليات الفرائض. The science of impositions includes generalities and particulars, and since the generalities are more established and kept in the treasury of the mind than the particulars that are difficult to control for the beginner, the scholars of impositions have set general rules that govern these partial issues. This research came to show the reality of the religious duties and colleges, and to review the colleges of religious duties.
