المواطنة متعددة الثقافات .......قراءة في المفهوم وأبعاده

الملخص
- المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مفهوم المواطنة متعددة الثقافات وأبعاده, بالإفادة من اطروحات النظرية السياسية المعاصرة, ولاسيما المهتمة منها بقضايا التعدد الثقافي وحقوق الاقليات, والاعتراف بالآخر. حاول البحث معالجة الاشكالية المتمثلة باختلاف المواطنة متعددة الثقافات عن مفهوم المواطنة بشكل عام, وهذا الأمر تطلب الوقوف عند مفهوم المواطنة وتصنيفاتها, مثل: السياسية, والقانونية, والاجتماعية, وغيرها, فضلاً عن مناقشة أسباب ظهور المواطنة متعددة الثقافات, التي منها سؤال الهوية الثقافية, ومطالب الاقليات. اعتمد البحث المنهج التحليلي الوصفي عبر تحليل النصوص المتعلقة بالموضوع, ووصف المواقف النظرية منها, وتوصل البحث إلى جملة من النتائج, يمكن التعبير عنها بالقول أن المواطنة متعددة الثقافات مرتبطة بالتنوع الثقافي, وهي شكل من اشكال المواطنة, ولا تختلف عنها الا في مسألة حقوق الاقليات والاعتراف بالتنوع . - الكلمات المفتاحية: المواطنة, المواطنة متعددة الثقافات, حقوق الاقليات, النظرية السياسية - Abstract : This article aims to study the concept of multicultural citizenship and its dimensions, drawing on contemporary political theory, especially those concerned with issues as: cultural diversity ,minority rights, and recognition of the Other. It attempted to address the problem of the difference between multicultural citizenship and the concept of citizenship in general, that it required examining the concept of citizenship and its classifications, such as political, legal, social, and others, as well as discussing the reasons for the emergence of multicultural citizenship, including the question of cultural identity and minority demands. it adopted the descriptive analytical method by analyzing texts related to the subject and describing theoretical positions. it reached a set of results that can be expressed by saying that multicultural citizenship is linked to cultural diversity, and it is a form of citizenship that differs from it only in the issue of minority rights and recognition of diversity. - Keywords: Citizenship, Multicultural Citizenship, Minority Rights, Political Theory
