الملخـص : تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة سياسة الضمان الاجتماعي في الجزائر وانعكاساتها على الرفاهية، وذلك من خلال تحليل أثر هذه المنظومة على رضا المنتسبين ومدى فعاليتها في تحقيق الحماية، حيث تناولت هذه الدراسة المفاهيم الأساسية للرفاهية، الحماية الاجتماعية، ثم تسليط الضوء على واقع نظام الضمان الاجتماعي والإصلاحات المعتمدة في الجزائر ودورها في تعزيز ثقة المنتسب éضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضضوزيادة الانخراط في هذا القطاع، حيث أسفرت النتائج على وجود أثر إيجابي لهذه المنظومة على رفاهية المواطن المنخرط،، فالإصلاحات المعتمدة في الجزائر أعطت صورة إيجابية لهذا النظام لدى المنتسبين، إلا أنه بالرغم من ذلك مازال هذا القطاع يعاني من النقائص، ولذلك لابد من إعطاء المزيد من الأهمية لهذا القطاع والعمل على زيادة تطويره. Abstract: This research paper aims to study the social security policy in Algeria and its implications for welfare , by analyzing the impact of this system on the satisfaction of the members and its effectiveness in achieving protection.This study dealt with the basic concepts of welfare, social protection, and then shed light on the reality of the social security system and the reforms adopted in Algeria, and its role in enhancing the member’s confidence and increasing involvement in this sector, as the results of the study showed a positive impact of this system on the well-being of the engaged citizen, the reforms adopted in Algeria gave a positive image of this system among the members, but despite that this sector still suffers from shortcomings, and therefore more importance must be given this sector and work to further develop it
