تأثير تلقى التطعيم والالتزام بالإجراءات الصحية للمسنين في خفض قلق الاصابة بكوفيد-19

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الراهنة من خلال استخدام نمذجة المعادلات البنائية SEM إلى معرفة تأثير تلقى التطعيم والالتزام بالإجراءات الصحية للمسنين في خفض قلق الاصابة بكوفيد-19، ومن أجل الإجابة على إشكالية الدراسة وتحقيق أهدافها واختبار صحة فرضياتها تم إعداد استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة قصدية غير عشوائية عددها (134) من المسنين والمسنات منتسبي جمعية رعاية كبار السن بقطاع غزة، تم معالجة البيانات باستخدام برنامجي SPSS V26، Smart PLS، وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى عدم وجود تأثير معنوي لتلقى التطعيم للمسنين في خفض قلق الإصابة بكوفيد-19، بينما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لتأثير الالتزام بالإجراءات الصحية للمسنين في خفض قلق الإصابة بكوفيد-19. The current study aims through the use of structural equation modeling (SEM) to know the effect of receiving vaccination and adherence to health procedures for the elderly in reducing the anxiety of infection with Covid-19. In order to answer the problem of the study, achieve its objectives, and test the validity of its hypotheses, a questionnaire was prepared and distributed to a non-random, intentional sample of (134) elderly of the Association for the Care of the Elderly in the Gaza Strip, data were processed using SPSS V26, Smart PLS software, the results of the study concluded that there was no significant effect of vaccination for the elderly in reducing the anxiety of infection with Covid-19, while the study found a significant effect of adherence to health procedures for the elderly in reducing the anxiety of infection with Covid-19.
