تهديدات الأمن المائي للأمن الوطني وإستراتيجيات إدارة ندرة المياه

الملخص
لقد أصبح الأمن المائي المعادلة الصعبة في الأمن غير التقليدي؛ في ظل بحث الدول عن تحقيق أمنها الغذائي وتوفير الحق في الماء للأفراد.وازداد هاجس الأمن المائي بسبب تهديدات ندرة المياه الصالحة للشرب والزراعة والإستعمال المنزلي. وضاعف ذلك الأضرار التخريبية التي ألحقها الإنسان بالبيئة؛ مما وضع الدول أمام تهديدات أمنية جديدة للأمن البيئي. والذي له آثار مباشرة على الأمن المائي والأمن الغذائي خاصة والأمن الوطني عامة؛ مما تطلب إستراتجيات صديقة للبيئة لإدارة ندرة المياه. The water security has become the most difficult equation into the unconventional security, within the States’ search to achieve its food supply security and its right for water to their populations, the obsession has grown thick over the water security due to the threats over the scarcity of water for drinkable water, agriculture or for domestic use, adding to that the disruptive damage man has caused to the environment and which affected seriously the water security as much as the food security in particular and over the national security in general, thus a friendly environmental strategies are required to manage the water scarcity.
