الملخص
هدفت الدراسة إلى إبراز دور نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة، حيث جاءت إشكالية البحث متمثلة في التساؤل التالي: ما هو دور نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي في تحسين أداء المؤسسة؟ ومن أجل الوصول إلى هدف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في الجانب النظري، أما في الجانب التطبيقي بالاعتماد على توزيع استبيان، اذ قمنا بتوزيع استمارة على عينة ميسرة للدراسة المتمثلة في موظفي وحدة الصيانة بالشركة الوطنية لإنتاج المضخات والصمامات بوفال بالبرواقية-المدية. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود تأثير ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي على أداء المؤسسة عند مستوى (0.05 α=)داخل المؤسسة الصناعية poval بالبرواقية، وكذا عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى( 0.05= α ) في متغير نظام المعلومات الاستراتيجي تعزى إلى البيانات الشخصية والوظيفية (الجنس، العمر، المستوى التعليمي، سنوات الخبرة)، ليتم فيما بعد تقديم بعض الاقتراحات إلى إدارة المؤسسة التي يمكن من خلالها تطوير أدائها من خلال نظم المعلومات الاستراتيجية. The study aimed to highlight the role of the strategic information system in improving the performance of the institution, where the research problem was represented in the following question: What is the role of the strategic information system in improving the performance of the institution? In order to reach the objective of the study to do so, the analytical descriptive approach was relied on the theoretical side, while on the applied side, depending on the distribution of a questionnaire, as we distributed a form to a soft sample for the study represented by the employees of the maintenance unit of Poval in Medea. The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect of the dimensions of the strategic information system on the performance of the institution at the level ( (α =0.05) within the poval, as well as the absence of statistically significant differences at the level (α =0.05) in the variable of the strategic information system due to Personal and job data (gender, age, educational level, years of experience), so that later some suggestions will be presented to the institution's management through which it can develop its performance through strategic information systems.
