علاقة الحوكمة بقيادة الابداع والابتكار ودورها في دعم العمل الاداري في المؤسسة

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح علاقة الحوكمة بقيادة الابداع والابتكار في المؤسسة ودورها في اثراء العمل الإداري، باعتبار ان لكل منهما مساهمة في اثراء هذا العمل، وانهما من متطلبات الإدارة الحديثة التي فرضت على المؤسسات وحتمها الواقع العملي لها. إذ تعد الحوكمة من بين أساليب الإدارة الحديثة التي تحقق نجاح المؤسسات وتدعم القيادات الإدارية المبدعة والمبتكرة من جهة، وأن لقيادة الإبداع والابتكار مكانة هامة في تحقيق الأداء الإداري المتميز من جهة أخرى، وهي بدورها تعزز من تطبيق الحوكمة في المؤسسة وكل هذا ينصب في اطار تفعيل العمل الإداري للمؤسسة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة، الابداع، الابتكار، قيادة الابداع والابتكار، الأداء الإداري. Abstract : The purpose of this article is to highlight the Relationship between governance and innovation in institutions and their role in improving the organization and administrative work, both of which contribute to its development, and constitute the requirements of modern management imposed on institutions. Governance is one of the modern management methods That ensure the success of institutions and support creative and innovation leadership on the one hand, and that leadership in creativity and innovation occupies an important place in achieving outstanding management performance on the other hand, which in turn promotes the application of the governance in the institution, framework to activate and develop administative work.
