الملخص
الملخص تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور السياسة المائية في حماية التنوع البيولوجي، حيث أن التنوع البيولوجي له أهمية كبيرة في حياة الإنسان، وله دور في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، وتقديم خدمات متنوعة، وأداء العديد من الوظائف. في العقود الأخيرة، تعرض التنوع البيولوجي للتهديد بسبب زيادة عدد السكان والتلوث وتغير المناخ وندرة المياه وسوء الإدارة. يحتاج التنوع البيولوجي إلى المياه العذبة، مثل جميع الكائنات الحية على الأرض. لذلك، ازدادت الدعوات إلى دمج حماية التنوع البيولوجي في سياسات القطاعات المختلفة. في ضوء العلاقة المتكاملة بين قطاعي المياه والتنوع البيولوجي، كان لسياسة المياه دور بارز في حماية النظم البيئية والتنوع البيولوجي من خلال اعتماد نهج الإدارة المتكاملة لموارد المياه وأداة حوض المياه. من خلال تحليل مواد قانون المياه الجزائري، تبين أن حماية التنوع البيولوجي مدرجة في مواد ونصوص القانون. ويتمثل ذلك في الحماية الكمية والنوعية لموارد المياه، والتي تساهم بشكل مباشر في حماية التنوع البيولوجي. بترك حصة من المياه في النظم البيئية وترشيد استهلاك المياه ومكافحة تلوث المياه العذبة والبيئة. Abstract The study aims to identify the role of water policy in protecting biodiversity, as biodiversity is of great importance in human life, and has a role in achieving food security, providing various services and performing many functions. In recent decades, biodiversity has been threatened by increasing population, pollution, climate change, water scarcity and mismanagement. Biodiversity needs fresh water, like all living things on Earth. Therefore, calls for integrating biodiversity protection into the policies of various sectors have increased. In view of the integrated relationship between the water and biodiversity sectors, water policy has had a prominent role in protecting ecosystems and biodiversity by adopting the integrated water resources management approach and the water basin tool. By analyzing the articles of the Algerian Water Law, it was found that the protection of biodiversity is included in the articles and texts of the law. This is represented in the quantitative and qualitative protection of water resources, which directly contributes to the protection of biological diversity. By leaving a share of water in the ecosystems, by rationalizing consumption water, and by combating pollution of fresh water and the environment.
