التحكم الانفعالي وعلاقته بالتوافق المهني لدى الممرضين

الملخص

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين التحكم الانفعالي و التوافق المهني لدى الممرضين, حيث تم استخدام مقياس التحكم الانفعالي والمتمثل في الأبعاد الثلاثة وهي الوعي بالخبرة الانفعالية , تنظيم الانفعالات, التعاطف, كما تم الاعتماد على مقياس التوافق المهني بأبعاده الخمسة وهي الرضا والتكيف مع مركز العمل، المؤهلات، العلاقة مع الرؤساء، العلاقة مع الزملاء، وقد أجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من أربعين(40) ممرضا, وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التحكم الانفعالي وعلاقة الممرضين بزملائهم حيث بلغت قيمة معامل بيرسون (0,33) وهي علاقة دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05). وانطلاقا من ذلك خلصت الدراسة للتأكيد على ضرورة الاهتمام بالعلاقات الاجتماعية والمهنية السليمة. Abstract: The study aims to identify the nature of the relationship between emotional control and professional compatibility among nurses, where the measure of emotional control was used, which is represented in the three dimensions, which is awareness of emotional experience. Regulating emotions, sympathy, and relying on the professional compatibility scale with its five dimensions, which are satisfaction and adaptation to the work center, qualifications, relationship with superiors, and relationship with colleagues. The study was conducted on a sample of (40) nurses. The results of the study showed that there is A correlation between emotional control and the nurses' relationship with their colleagues, where the Pearson coefficient value was (0.33), and it is a statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.05). Based on this, the study concluded to emphasize the need to pay attention to sound social and professional relationships
