Abstract
Abstract: This study aims at investigating the process of settling future studies in the Arab world as well as the difficulties they face, in line with international changes, particularly with regard to concepts of development and progression. The Arab States have sought, at a later stage than the Western States, to introduce and settle future studies into projects and initiatives that were mostly non-governmental, which created serious difficulties for the general Arab situation, be it intellectual, societal, political or financial.
