الملخص
تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية تسليط الضوء على علم من أعلام الفكر العربي الإسلامي في الاندلس هو ابن حزم الاندلسي، ورؤيته النقدية للمسائل الكلامية كما تناولتها الفرق الكلامية الإسلامية، وتحليلها وترجيحها إلى جانب الصواب، محاولة الاجابة عن الاسئلة الآتية: ما هو موقف من علم الكلام؟ وكيف ناقش الفرق الكلامية؟ وما منهجه في الرد عليها؟ واستعانت الدراسة بالمنهج التاريخي الوصفي في عرض أراء هذه الفرق، ومن ثم بيان موقف ابن حزم منها، حيث خلصت إلى أن ابن حزم يقف موقفا وسيطا في الأخذ بعلم الكلام والاشتغال به، بشروط وضوابط معينة، كما أنه قسم الفرق الكلامية بحسب قربها من أهل السنة وانتقدها موقفها من المسائل الكلامية المختلفة، وحدد موقفه منها وفقاً للكتاب والسنة واللسان العربي، واعتبارا لمرجعية أهل السنة والجماعة. This research paper shed light on one of the pioneers of Arab -Islamic thought in Andalusia, which is Ibn Hazm Al -Andalusi, and his critical view of theological issues as tackled by Islamic theology groups. It also seeks to analyse and weight his attitudes; in addition to trying to answer the following questions: What is his view to theology? how he debated the theology groups? And What is his method in replying and critisizing them? The study used the descriptive historical approach to present the views of these groups, and then to state the attitude of Ibn Hazm towards them. I concluded that Ibn Hazm stands in intermediate position in adopting and dealing with theology under certain conditions and regulations. He also divided the theology groups according to their proximity to the Sunnis and criticized their attitudes towards various theological issues, and determined his position on them according to Qur'an, the Sunnah and the Arabic tongue and taking into account the reference of sunni community.
