الملخص
غرفة الاتهام هي جهة حكم ومتابعة لأفراد الضبطية القضائية، وقد وردت إجراءات متابعتهم في قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري وفق نظام خاص، تحقيقا للتوازن بين التزامهم بالشرعية الإجرائية التي تضمن عدم المساس بالحقوق والحريات للمشتبه به من جهة وعدم تخويفهم بالعقوبات التي تخل بواجبهم فيفقدون روح المبادرة في متابعة الجريمة، وقد وفق المشرع الجزائي الجزائري في تحقيق هذه الموازنة إلى حد كبير. The indictment chamber is a ruling and follow-up body for members of the judicial police. Procedures for their follow-up have been enacted in the Algerian Code of Criminal Procedure according to a special system, to achieve a balance between adherence to procedural legitimacy and guarantors not to prejudice the rights and freedoms of the accused while not intimidating them with penalties that violate their duty, so they lose the initiative in pursuing the crime.
