جدل الإعلام والسلطة في فكر نعوم تشومسكي، قراءة في الممارسات السياسية للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية

الملخص
ملخص: شكلت مواضيع العولمة والهيمنة الأمريكية، وحرب الخليج وأحداث 11 سبتمبر2001، والمسائل المتعلقة بالتطرف والإرهاب، و القضايا الدولية كالقضية الفلسطينية، والقضايا الراهنة في إفريقيا وأمريكا اللاتينية مواضيع هامة لفكر تشومسكي الذي أعطى للموضوعات السياسية مكانة هامة في كتاباته. من ناحية أخرى كان للممارسات اللامشروعة للسياسة الأمريكية حضورا كبيرا في كتابات تشومسكي وذلك بفضح ممارساتها المعلنة والخفية في ترويض العالم وبسط نفوذها المطلق عليه، ومنطلقه في ذلك هو أن الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية هي الدولة القائدة للإرهاب. ترتبط السياسة بالإعلام بشكل صريح في الراهن السياسي، وإذا كان على الإعلام من حيث المبدأ أن يعمل على فضح الممارسات اللامشروعة للأنظمة السياسية، فإنه على خلاف ذلك أضحى سلاحا بيد النظام، وهذه القراءة التي نقدمها صورة موجزة لطبيعة العلاقة بين الإعلام والسلطة في النظام السياسي الأمريكي المعاصر . Abstract: The themes of globalization and American hegemony, the Gulf War and the events of September 11; 2001, and issues related to extremism and terrorism, and international issues such as the Palestinian issue, and current issues in Africa and Latin America, important topics for Chomsky's thought, who gave political topics an important place in his writings. On the other hand, the illegitimate practices of American politics had a great presence in Chomsky's writings by exposing its overt and hidden practices in taming the world and extending its absolute influence on it, and his premise in this is that the United States of America is the leading state of terrorism. Politics and the media are explicitly linked in the political current, and if the media, in principle, should work to expose the illegal practices of political systemes, otherwise it has become a weapon in the hands of the systeme, and this reading that we present is a brief picture of the nature of the relation between the media and power in the contemporary American political system.
