الملخص

برزت جريدة البصائر خلال الثلاثينيات كإحدى المنابر الإعلامية الهامة في الجزائر خلال القرن العشرين؛ إذ ساهمت في صناعة الوعي السياسي لدى المجتمع الجزائري والوقوف في وجه الاستعمار الفرنسي، فبرزت كمظهر يدل على وعي المجتمع الجزائري بذاته وما حوله إزاء ما كانت تشهده الساحتان الداخلية والخارجية من أحداث وتفاعلات فكرية وسياسية؛ فكانت لها مواقف وتوجهات حول مختلف القضايا والأحداث خارجياً وداخلياً، ولعل وضع الجنوب الجزائري -آنذاك- الرازح تحت النظام العسكري وما ترتب عنه سياسياً واجتماعياً واقتصادياً على سكان الجنوب والجزائر ككل، لجدير هو الآخر بأن تبدي انطباعاتها حوله. ولذلك فإن هذه الدراسة ستجيب عن الإشكالية الآتية: كيف ساهمت جريدة البصائر في كشف النظام العسكري وممارساته التعسفية في الجنوب الجزائري؟ Al-Basair newspaper emerged during the thirties as one of the most important media platforms in Algeria during the twentieth century; As it contributed to creating political awareness among Algerian society and standing up to French colonialism, it emerged as a manifestation indicating Algerian society’s awareness of itself and its surroundings, in face to what was happening in the internal and external arenas in terms of intellectual and political events and interactions. The newspaper had positions and orientations on various issues and events, both externally and internally. Perhaps the situation of the Algerian south - at that time - under the military regime and its political, social and economic consequences for the residents of the south and Algeria as a whole was worth to be commented on The present paper attempts to answer the following question: How did Al-Basair newspaper contribute to exposing the military regime and its arbitrary practices in southern Algeria?
