الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء علي الظروف التي أدت بإقبال المرأة علي العمل في بيئتنا الجزائرية بكل أبعادها التاريخية والثقافية والاقتصادية ومختلف المشاكل التي تعرقلها، ثم التحديات التي تواجهها المرأة العاملة الجزائرية والقائدة بصفة خاصة وكيف ينظر لنجاحها الوظيفي من زواياه المختلفة حسب الاتجاه الموضوعي والاتجاه الذاتي والذي يطرح إشكالية فهم النجاح الوظيفي حسب نظرتها هي لنفسها . Abstract: This research paper aims to shed light on the conditions women’s desire to work in our Algerian environment with all their historical, cultural and economic dimensions and the various problems that impede them, then the challenges faced by Algerian working women and leaders in particular, and how their career success is viewed from different angles according to the objective and subjective direction, which It raises the problem of that led to understanding career success according to her own view.
