الحماية القانونية للبعثات الدبلوماسية أثناء تأدية وظائفها في ظل القانون الدولي العام

الملخص
لا يزال موضوع الحماية القانونية للبعثات الدبلوماسية أثناء تأدية وظائفهم في اطار القانون الدولي العام محل اهتمام وبحث من طرف الفقهاء القانونيين والدبلوماسيين والمنظمات الدولية وهيئة الأمم المتحدة كون وظيفة هذه البعثات تعكس صورتها وأهميتها، فالمبعوث الدبلوماسي هو السفير الأصلي لبلده خارج إقليمها، كما أن الدولة المستقبلة هي التي تسمح له بممارسة وظيفته الموكلة له على مستوى إقليمها، فهي ملزمة بتوفير الظروف المناسبة لمباشرة هذه الوظيفة في أحسن الظروف والأحوال سواء من حيث الإقامة والاتصال والحصانة فهذه كلها امتيازات تشجعه على هذا، واتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية سنة 1961، أشارت إلى كل البنود والمواد المتعلقة بذلك. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية القانونية؛ البعثات الدبلوماسية؛ القانون الدولي العام؛ الحصانة الدبلوماسية؛ القانون الدبلوماسي والقنصلي. Abstract: The issue of legal protection for diplomatic missions while performing their functions within the framework of public international law is still a subject of interest and research by legal scholars, diplomats, international organizations and the United Nations, since the function of these missions reflects their image and importance. The diplomatic envoy is the original ambassador of his country outside its territory, just as the receiving country is Which allows him to exercise his job entrusted to him at the level of its territory, as it is obligated to provide the appropriate conditions for carrying out this job in the best circumstances and conditions, whether in terms of residence, communication and immunity, as these are all privileges that encourage him to do this, and the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations in 1961, referred to all the items and articles related to that.
