التجارة الإلكترونية كآلية لترقية الصادرات خارج مجال المحروقات في الجزائر

الملخص
تعتبر التجارة الإلكترونية من أهم التطورات التي شهدها العالم ، حيث أصبحت أهم الوسائل التي تؤدي دورا فعالا في الحياة الاقتصادية . و طالما كانت و مازالت واحدة من الخيارات الملحة لنهوض بالإقتصاد الوطني و التخلص من الإعتماد على البترول بإعتباره طاقة زائلة . و من هذا المنطلق سنحاول تسليط الضوء في دراستنا على النظام القانوني الذي تبنى هذا النوع من التجارة في الجزائر ،و كيف ساهم ذلك في تنشيط الصادرات خارج مجال المحروقات. Le commerce électronique est considéré comme l'un des développements les plus importants que le monde ait connu, car il est devenu l'un des moyens les plus importants qui jouent un rôle efficace dans la vie économique. Et tant qu'il a été et reste l'une des options urgentes les plus importantes pour diversifier l'économie nationale qui a pour objectif de réduire la dépendance aux hydrocarbures en tant qu'énergie éphémère. Pour cette raison , nous tenterons d'éclairer dans notre étude le système juridique qui a réglementé ce type de commerce en Algérie, et voir comment celui-ci va contribué à stimuler les exportations en dehors du domaine des hydrocarbures E-commerce is considered one of the most important developments that the world has experienced, as it has become one of the main means that play an effective role in economic life. And as long as it was and is one of the most important urgent options to advance the national economy and free itself from dependence on oil as a volatile energy. From this point of view, in our study we will try to shed light on the legal system that has adopted this type of trade in Algeria and how this has contributed to the promotion of exports outside the hydrocarbon sector
