إسهامات جيمس روزنو في تفسير ظواهر العلاقات الدولية

الملخص
يهدف الموضوع الى تبيين الأدوات المفاهيمية والتصورات المنهجية التي اعتمدها جيمس روزنو في تفسير ظواهر العلاقات الدولية، ومستويات تحليله لها ومدى قدرة اسهاماته النظرية على تفسير الظواهر الجديدة. وقد تم التوصل الى أنه من الصعب تمييز انتمائه النظري لكن يمكن تمييز أفكاره من خلال اهتماماته، كما أن دقة أدواته ومنهجه العلمي ميزت دراساته بقدرتها التفسيرية خاصة في تحليله لتفاعلات العلاقات الدولية منطلقا من دراسة الانسان الفرد، الدولة، المجتمع، فواعل أخرى. كما قدم ما يعرف بنظرية الرابطة انطلاقا من تطور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في العالم، كما درس التغيير في العلاقات الدولية وسلوك الفواعل الدولية، درس السياسة العالمية مفترضا الاضطراب ودافع عن نظرية علمية للسياسة الخارجية، وتوصل لنتائج علمية ودقيقة. The topic aims to clarify the conceptual tools and methodological perceptions adopted by James Rosenau in the interpretation of the phenomena of international relations, and the levels of this analysis of them and the extent of the abilutyof this theoretical contributions to explain the new phenomena . It was concluded that it is difficult to distinguished his theoretical affiliation , but his ideas can be distinguished his studies with their explanatory ability , especially in his analysis of the interactions of international relations based on the study of the individual, the state, society, and others actors . He also presented what is known with the theory of linkage based on the development of communication technology in the world, he also studied the change in international relations and the behavior of international actors.He studied global politics assuming disorder and defended a scientific and accurate results.
