حقوق الإنسان وحقوق الفئة الضعيفة في دستور دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة

الملخص
أصبحَ موضوع حقوق الإنسان من المواضيع المُهمة، التي تحظى بالاهتمام الكبير ليس فقط على مستوى كل دولة بل على مستوى العالم كله، الذي تنامت فيه أفكار القيم الديمقراطية، وأدرك العالم المخاطر التي يتعرض لها الإنسان في الوقت الحاضر، فبدأ المشرعون يولون حقوق الإنسان، وقد بدأوا بتوسيع العديد من الأحكام الواردة في دساتيرهم الوطنيّة لتشمل الالتزام باحترام حقوق الإنسان والعمل على تعزيزها، وأصبح القضاء الإماراتي في العديد من القضايا يُوفر الحماية الواجبة لهذه الحقوق، وتلك الحُريات الخاصة والعامة بحقوق الإنسان. ومن خلال ذلك تلتزم دولة الإمارات العربيّة المتحدة بتعزيز وحماية حقوق الإنسان في الوطن وفي جميع أنحاء العالم، حيث ترتكز ركائز السياسة الخارجيّة لدولة الإمارات العربيّة المتحدة على مبادئ العدل والمساواة وحقوق الإنسان، ففي سنة 1971 عند تأسيسها دأبت على إنشاء مجتمع تتعدد لديه ثقافات وأشخاص من جميع أنحاء العالم يعيشون في وئام وانسجام مع بعضهم البعض. يحدد دستور الإمارات العربيّة المتحدة بوضوح حريات وحقوق جميع المواطنين، ويحظر التعذيب والاعتقال والاحتجاز التعسفيين، ويحمي الحريات المدنيّة، بما في ذلك حريّة التعبير والصحافة والتجمع السلمي وتكوين الجمعيات وممارسة المعتقدات الدينيّة، وقد تم القيام باستثمارات كبيرة في مجالات التعليم والصحة والإسكان والتنميّة الاقتصاديّة المستدامة. HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE RIGHTS OF THE VULNERABLE GROUP IN THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES The issue of human rights has become one of the most important topics of great attention not only at the level of all countries but also all over the world, in which the ideas of democratic values have grown and the world has realized the dangers that people face now. By extending many of the provisions of their national constitutions, which include the obligation to respect human rights and to promote their work, the UAE judiciary often ensures their proper protection of rights and those of private and public freedoms with human rights. The United Arab Emirates is committed to strengthening and protecting human rights at home and around the world, as the pillars of the UAE's foreign policy are based on the principles of justice, equality and human rights. All over the world they live in harmony and harmony with each other. The UAE Constitution clearly defines the freedoms and rights of all citizens, prohibits torture and arbitrary arrest and detention, and protects civil liberties, including freedom of expression, the press, peaceful assembly, religious beliefs and practices, and significant investments have been made. Education, healthcare, housing and sustainable economic development.
