الملخص

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم القيمة المشتركة وأهميتها لتحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية للمؤسسات المتوسطة والصغيرة، حيث قامت الدراسة بمراجعة مختلف الدراسات الامبريقية والنظرية لتحديد هذا المفهوم بالمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وباستخدام المنهج الاستنباطي توصلت الدراسة إلى أن أنموذج خلق القيمة المشتركة هي أحد أهم النماذج الحديثة المساهمة في تحقيق المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة للتنمية الاقتصادية للبلد، حيث تؤدي هذه المؤسسات في ظل اعتمادها على هذا النموذج أداء أفضل ينعكس بشكل ايجابي على المجتمع الذي تعمل فيه وكذلك تحقيق قيمة اقتصادية للبلد ككل. The present study aims to highlight at the impact of the he concept of shared value and its importance for achieving economic development for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The study reviewed various empirical and theoretical studies to determine this concept on the small and medium enterprises. Using the Deductive reasoning, the study concluded that the shared value creation is one of the most important modern models contributing to the achievement of small and medium enterprises for the economic development of the country, as these enterprises, in light of their reliance on this model, perform better that reflects positively on the society in which they operate as well as achieving value Economical for the country.
