الملخص
ملخص: خصص المشرع الجزائري من خلال القانون 18/07 الصادر في جوان 2018 مجموعة من القواعد المتعلقة بحماية معالجة المعطيات ذات الطابع الشخصي للشخص الطبيعي وحاول الإلمام بكل جوانب الحماية، فوضع مجموعة من المفاهيم وأقر مجموعة من الحقوق وفرض التزامات، كما حاول ملء الفراغ الذي يشهده قانون العقوبات الجزائري في هذا الصدد من خلال نصوص للتجريم والعقاب عن كل فعل يمثل اعتداء على عملية معالجة المعطيات الشخصية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحماية القانونية، الحياة الخاصة، الحقوق والالتزامات، التجريم. Abstract: Protection of the processing of personal data of the natural person: Reading in Law 18-07 The Algerian legislator has assigned, through the law 7/18 of June 2018, a set of rules relating to the protection of data processing of a personal nature. In addition, it has tried to familiarize with all the aspects of protection. Therefore, it established a series of concepts, and approved a collection of rights and imposed obligations. It also attempted, in this regard, to fill the void in the Algerian penal code through criminalization of each act that shows an assault on the process of personal data processing. Résumé Protection du traitement des données personnelles de la personne physique : Lecture dans la loi 18-07 A travers la loi 7/18 de juin 2018, le législateur algérien a consacré un ensemble de règles relatives à la protection des traitements des données à caractère personnel de la personne physique et a tenté de tracer tous les aspects de la protection. Il a défini un ensemble de concepts, approuvé un ensemble de droits et d'obligations, et a adopté des dispositions de criminalisation et des sanctions pour tout acte constituant une atteinte au processus de traitement des données personnelles pour combler le vide du code pénal algérien à cet égard. Mots clés : protection juridique, vie privée, droits et obligations, criminalisation.
