الملخص

تتناول هذه الدراسة أثر خصائص الريادي علي مراحل إدارة الأزمات،هدفت الدراسة الي تسليط الضوء علي مفهوم الخصائص الريادية وتوضيح مدي تأثيرها في مراحل إدارة الأزمات، إستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمنهج التاريخي واستخدم الإستبيان كأداة للدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلي العديد من النتائج أهمها أن التمتع بالخصائص الريادية يعتبر أفضل وسيلة لإدارة الأزمات والحد من تأثيرها، وأن القدرة علي إتخاذ القرارات الصحيحة وفي الوقت المناسب يقلل من الأزمات، كما أن الإهتمام بإنجاز الأعمال في وقتها بترتيبها لإستقلال الوقت بكفاءة يسهل من إدارة الأزمة، أيضاً الاعتماد علي الحكمة في عملية إتخاذ القرار وبناء علي دراسة البدائل المتوفرة يحد من آثار الأزمة. أوصت الدراسة المدراء بضرورة دعم وبناء الثقة في القدرة علي الإنجاز تحت ضغط العمل وعلي الرقابة الذاتية التي تدفع بالعامل لاداء العمل قبل أن يطلب منه ، كذلك أوصت المدراء بضرورة الإهتمام بالتدريب والتأهيل للعاملين. This research studies the impact of entrepreneurial Characteristics on Crisis Management Stages. The study aims to clarify the role of entrepreneurial Characteristics on crisis management stages. The research used descriptive analytical historical approaches and questionnaire as main instrument for collecting data. The study reached to several findings the most important one is that enjoying entrepreneurial Characteristics is the best mean for managing crisis and reduces its effect, also the ability to take the right decision at the right time reduces crisis, more over taking care about achieving works in time by butting them in the right order to make use of time efficiently facilitates managing crisis, also adoption of wisdom on decision making process and studying of the available alternatives limits crisis effects .The study recommended managers to support and build trust about the ability to perform the work under pressure and on self monitoring which motivates workers to perform before they asked to do, also it recommended banks manager to give special care for training and rehabilitation of employees. hg
