تحليل وتقييم جهود الجزائر في مجال تحقيق الأهداف الرئيسية للتنمية المستدامة

الملخص

شهدت العقود الأخيرة ثورة تنموية في دول عديدة بغية تحقيق الاحتياجات المتزايدة، لكن بالمقابل دون المساس بحقوق ومقدرات الأجيال المستقبلية، وهذا بتحقيق تنمية مستدامة تراعي ذلك، وفي سبيل تحقيقها وتحقيق رؤية عالمية بحلول 2030, هدف البحث لتحليل وتقييم جهود الجزائر في هذا الشأن وفقا لتقرير الأمم المتحدة لسنة 2020 ومقارنتها مع نظيراتها المغاربية والاوربية. بالرغم من ريادة الجزائر مغاربيا في العديد من المؤشرات، إلا أنها تبقى متأخرة مقارنة بالأوربية، إذ أن هذه الفوارق تعود إلى المشاكل السياسية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعاني منها، وكذلك إلى ضعف الاستثمار في المورد البشري (صحة، تعليم جيد ورفاهية) بصفته المرتكز لتحقيق الديناميكية التي تؤدي إلى خلق الابتكار وإيجاد تكنلوجيا جديدة. Recent decades have witnessed revolutionary developments in many countries to achieve the growing needs of the current population; without prejudice to the rights of future generations, and this is by achieving sustainable development that takes into account that. In order to achieve 2030 agenda for sustainable development, the goal of this paper is to analyze and evaluate the effort of the Algerian government in this regard based on the United Nation (UN) report 2020 and compare it with Maghreb and European countries. Although Algeria is the Maghreb leader in many indicators, its ranking always remains behind the European countries. This due to the political, economic, and social problems, as well as to the lack of investment in human resources (health, education and welfare) which is considered as the basis for creating innovation and new technologies.
