Sélection Et Orientation Des Jeunes Volleyeurs Vers Le Poste D’attaque Catégorie « U12 »

Résumé
Actuellement en Algérie, l’évaluation dans le domaine sportif occupe une place prépondérante dans la stratégie du développement et de la promotion de la pratique sportive afin d’identifier les jeunes sportifs les plus aptes à exceller dans les compétitions sportives à venir. Pour l’orientation des enfants vers le choix d’un sport, les caractéristiques morphologiques et physiques représentent des facteurs déterminants (Gabbett et coll, 2006). L’objectif de notre étude consiste à établir un barème d’évaluation des aptitudes physiques afin de sélectionner et d’orienter les volleyeurs de la catégorie (U12) vers les postes de jeu (attaquant) en prenant en considération les exigences du volleyball de haut niveau. La population investiguée se compose de 101 enfants (47 garçons et 54 filles) âgés entre 10-12ans, évoluant dans trois clubs différents à savoir ; MBBEJAÏA, BV BEJAÏA et RUB ALGER. Nos résultats, nous ont permis d’élaborer un barème d’estimation chiffré susceptible de contribuer et d’assurer une meilleure sélection et orientation des jeunes volleyeurs en Algérie. Abstract: Currently in Algeria, the evaluation in the sports field occupies a dominating place in the strategy of the development and the promotion of the sports practice in order to identify the young sportsmen most likely to excel in the sports competitions to come. For the orientation of children towards the choice of a sport, the morphological and physical characteristics represent determining factors (Gabbett et al, 2006). The objective of our study consists in establishing a scale of evaluation of the physical aptitudes in order to select and to direct the volleyball players of the category (U12) towards the positions of play (attacker) by taking into account the requirements of high level volleyball. The population investigated consists of 101 children (47 boys and 54 girls) aged between 10-12 years old, playing in three different clubs, namely; MBBEJAÏA, BV BEJAÏA and RUB ALGER. Our results allowed us to develop a quantified estimation scale likely to contribute and ensure a better selection and orientation of young volleyball players in Algeria.
