الصراع المسلح في ليبيا: الأسباب ومسارات التسوية

الملخص
تواجه الدولة الليبية صراعا داخليا مسلحا منذ سنة 2014 يعتبر كتطور دراماتيكي للأزمة الليبية التي تعيشها البلاد منذ ثورة 17 فبراير 2011 وسقوط نظام معمر القذافي، تبحث الدراسة في مجموعة الأسباب التي قادت إلى تعقد الأزمة الليبية لتقود البلاد إلى دوامة حرب أهلية تهدد بفشل الدولة إن استمرت دون التوصل إلى حلول سريعة، كما تبحث في جهود التسوية المبذولة من الأمم المتحدة ودول الجوار الليبي ومدى فاعليتها في إنهاء الصراع المسلح وحل الأزمة الليبية. Libya is facing an internal armed conflict since 2014, which represents a dramatic evolution of the crisis that has prevailed in Libya since the revolution of 17 February. The study examines the causes of the Libyan Armed Conflict (2014) which threaten the failure of the state especially if it remained without quick and effective solutions. The study also examines the efforts of the UN and Libya's neighboring states in resolving the Libyan armed conflict in particular and the Libyan crisis generally, and the effectiveness of these efforts to reach a comprehensive settlemen La Libye est confrontée à un conflit armé interne depuis 2014 qui représente une évolution dramatique de la crise qui a prévalu en Libye depuis la révolution du 17 février 2011. À cet égard l'étude examine les causes du Conflit armé libyen (2014) qui menace l'échec de l'État s’il a continué sans parvenir à des solutions rapides. L'étude examine également les efforts de l'ONU et les l'État voisins de la Libye dans le règlement du conflit armé libyen en particulier et la crise libyenne généralement, et évalue l'efficacité de ces efforts pour parvenir à un règlement global.
