الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا المقال للوقوف على أهم مؤشرات سوق العمل التي تعد بمثابة أدوات لتلخيص حالة سوق العمل وقاعدة أساسية يستند عليها عند وضع سياسات التشغيل في مختلف البرامج التنموية من جهة ، والوصول إلى التوجهات الكبري لسوق العمل ومن ثم استشراف مآلاته و النظر للمستقبل و التنبؤ بالتحديات الجديدة التي تفرض نفسها على سوق العمل من جهة ثانية. ارتكزت منهجية البحث على المنهج الوثائقي للوصول إلى النتائج الاستقصائية ضمن ثمرة من الأهداف تتمخض عن أهم التوصيات العلمية استنادا لنتائج البحث المستخلصة، وعلى مصادر متعددة لجمع للمعلومات كالتحقيقات السنوية للديوان الوطني للإحصاء ومختلف النشرات الخاصة بالهيئات الرسمية. Abstract: This article aims to identify the most important labor market indicators, which are tools for summarizing the state of the labor market and a basic basis upon which to set employment policies in various development programs on the one hand, and access to the major trends of the labor market and then anticipate its consequences and look into the future and predict the new chal-lenges that impose themselves on the labor market on the other hand. The research methodology was based on the documentary method to reach the survey results within the fruit of the goals that result in the most important scientific recommendations based on the research findings, and on multiple sources to gather information, such as the annual investigations of the National Bureau of Statistics and various publications of official bodies.
