أثر استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات على الإبداع الإداري دراسة ميدانية على القطاع المصرفي العراقي

الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات في القطاع المصرفي العراقي، وبيان مدى قدرة الإدارة في تكوين السلوك الإبداعي وتعميقه لدى العاملين في قطاع المصارف العراقية، استكشاف العلاقة بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات وبين الإبداع الإداري في القطاع المصرفي العراقي. ولتحقيق أغراض الدراسة تم توزيع استبانة على عينة من العاملين في المصارف (مدير عام، نائب مدير عام، مدير قسم، رئيس دائرة، موظفين في مستويات إدارية وفنية مختلفة)، حيث بلغ عدد الاستبيانات الموزعة (195) استبانة، استرد منها (174) استبانة، تبين بأن عدد الاستبانات الصالحة للتحليل يبلغ (141) استبانة، بعد تحليل الاستبيانات من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS) توصلت الدراسة للعديد من النتائج منها: المصارف العاملة في العراق تستخدم تكنولوجيا المعلومات. وقد أثبتت نتائج الاختبارات وجود علاقة إيجابية وذات دلالة إحصائية بين استخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والإبداع الإداري، وأوصت الدراسة العمل على خلق بيئة ثقافية وتنظيمية تشجع على تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال والاعتماد عليها، وتحفيز العاملين المبدعين معنوياً ومادياً، وحث العاملين الآخرين على الاقتداء بهم. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the extent of the use of information technology in the Iraqi banking sector, and to indicate the extent of the management's ability to form and deepen the creative behavior of workers in the Iraqi banking sector, and to explore the relationship between the use of information technology and administrative creativity in the Iraqi banking sector. To achieve the purposes of the study, a questionnaire was distributed to a sample of bank employees (general manager, deputy general manager, department manager, department head, employees at different administrative and technical levels). After analyzing the questionnaires through the statistical program (SPSS), the study reached many results, including: Banks operating in Iraq use information technology. The results of the tests demonstrated a positive and statistically significant relationship between the use of information technology and administrative creativity, and the study recommended working to create a cultural and organizational environment that encourages the application of information and communication technology and dependence on it, and motivating creative workers morally and materially, and urging other workers to follow their example.
