الملخص

ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على واقع التكوين الجامعي في الجامعة الجزائرية، و التعرف على جملة التحديات المختلفة التي رفعها هذا القطاع من أجل الوصول إلى تكوين ناجع يرقى إلى بلوغ مقاصد التنمية لتلبية جميع المتطلبات للمجتمع لاسيما منها متطلبات سوق الشغل, والتي من بينها رفع قدرات التأطير وزيادة عدد الهياكل البيداغوجية وتحسين برامج التكوين...الخ، فبالرغم من الجهود المبذولة للنهوض بالتكوين الجامعي إلى مصاف الدول الكبرى، إلا أنه ما يزال يعاني الكثير من المشكلات التي تعيق الوصل إلى تكوين جامعي ناجع بكل المقاييس، وهو ما سنحاول التطرق إليه من خلال هذه الورقة من خلال عرض واقع التكوين الجامعي بالجزائر ومن ثَّم اقتراح بعض التوصيات لتدارك النقائص و المشاكل والاقتراب من الآفاق والأهداف المسطرة. Abstract: This study aimed to stand on the reality of university formation in the Algerian university, and to identify the various challenges raised by this sector in order to reach an effective formation that amounts to achieving the goals of development to meet all the requirements of society, especially those of the labor market, which include raising Supervising capabilities, increasing the number of educational structures, improving training programs... etc. Despite the efforts made to advance university formation to the ranks of major countries, it still suffers from many problems that impede access to effective university formation by all standards, and this is what we will try to address from Through this paper, by presenting the reality of university formation in Algeria, and then suggesting some recommendations to remedy the shortcomings and problems, and to approach the horizons and goals underlined.
