مستويات النمو الديموغرافي وإجراءات تنظيم النسل في الجزائر

الملخص
تشهد معدلات النمو الديموغرافي تراجعا من سنة لأخرى على المستوى العالمي, غير أن هذا التراجع ليس على وتيرة واحدة بين جميع البلدان, ففوارق واضحة مسجلة بين بلدان متقدمة, وبلدان نامية أو التي هي في طريق النمو, وهذه الفوارق في المعدلات ماهي إلا تعبير عن مدى تفاوت الأنظمة الاجتماعية وظروفها, والسياسات السكانية التي تتبناها من أجل دفع عجلة التنمية. والجزائر واحدة من البلدان التي شهدت تغيرات اجتماعية هامة منذ ما يقارب ثلاثة عقود, ومن التي قطعت شوطا كبيرا في سياستها السكانية, الرامية إل تحقيق التوازن, بين المعطى الديموغرافي والمعطى التنموي, وذلك من خلال برامجها وقراراتها وتوصياتها, التي تغطي جوانب عدة, ولعل من أهمها الأسرة وتنظيم النسل. Demographic growth rates are known to decline from year to year at the global level, but this decline is not at the same pace among all countries. Clear differences are recorded between developed countries and developing countries or those that are on the way to growth, and these differences in rates are only an expression of the extent of the disparity of systems social conditions, and the population policies it adopts in order to advance development. Algeria is one of the countries that have witnessed important social changes for nearly three decades, and it has made great strides in its population policy, which aims to achieve a balance between the demographic and the developmental given, through its programs, decisions and recommendations, which cover several aspects, and perhaps the most important of which are Family and birth control.
