الملخص
الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى النظر في طبيعة العلاقة بين قطاع الشؤون الدينية والزوايا بالجزائر، حيث تمثل هذه الأخيرة الموروث الثقافي الديني للمجتمع الجزائري في محافظته على الشخصية الدينية والوطنية، فقد ولدت هذه المؤسسة من رحم المجتمع الجزائري، ونظرا لأهمية هذا السرح الديني- الثقافي في حياتنا اليومية تنطلق هذه الدراسة من فرضية مفادها؛ علاقة قطاع الشؤون الدينية بالزوايا تقتصر على الرعاية والمتابعة فقط،وباستخدام المقاربة القانونية المؤسساتية، ستكشف هذه الدراسة عن الملابسات في اعتقاد أن قطاع الشؤون الدينية يحكم الزوايا تسييراً وتنظيماً. Abstract: This study aims to look at the nature of the relationship between the religious affairs department and the Zawāyās in Algeria, where this last represents the religious cultural heritage of the Algerian society, in its preservation of the religious and national personality. This institution was established from the depth of Algerian society. Given the importance of this religious-cultural facility in our daily life, this study proceeds from the hypothesis that the relationship of the religious affairs sector with the Zawāyās is limited only to support and follow-up. In this case by using the institutional legal approach, this study will reveal the fact that the religious affairs sector supervises the Zawāyās in terms of management and organization.
