الملخص
من النادر أن نجد مجتمعا متحضرا خاليا من الأجانب في أي فترة من فترات تاريخه، فقد عرفت مصر في العصر اليوناني الأجانب من شتى الجنسيات، لأن الحكام في هذا العصر كانوا من العنصر المقدوني اليوناني، واعتمدوا في بناء دولتهم على جلب أعداد كبيرة من الإغريق ومجموعات من اليهود والسوريين والفينيقيين والليبيين والفرس، ونظرا لتعدد الفئات الموجودة في مصر اليونانية، فإن ما يعنينا منها في دراستنا هذه ثلاث فئات، بحكم أغلبيتها، وهم (المصريون والإغريق واليهود). ويحاول هذا البحث أن يسلط الضوء على محاولة الموازنة التي طبقها البطالة على النظم الاجتماعية التي عرفتها مدينة الإسكندرية بحكم أن العناصر الأجنبية تجمعت فيها دون سواها من مدن مصر الأخرى، والنتائج التي ترتبت عليها ومدى تقبل المصريين لهذه السياسة، ومن جهة أخرى يحاول هذا البحث أن يصل إلى نتائج حول العلاقات بين المصريين والعناصر الأخرى التي وفدت إلى البلاد و خاصة عنصر الإغريق، وفي إطار المعالجة المراد القيام بها للعناصر الآنفة الذكر يتبادر إلينا الاشكال الآتي: - ما طبيعة السياسة التي طبقها البطالمة في مصر فيما يتعلق بالحياة الاجتماعية، و ما مدى تأثير هذه السياسة على الأجناس البشرية الخاضعة لحكمهم؟ Abstract : It is rare to find a civilized society devoid of foreigners in any period of its history. In the Greek era, Egypt knew foreigners of various nationalities, because the rulers in this era were of the Greek Macedonian element, and they relied in building their state on bringing in large numbers of Greeks and groups of The Jews, the Syrians, the Phoenicians, the Libyans and the Persians, and given the multiplicity of groups present in Greek Egypt, what concerns us in this study are three categories, by virtue of their majority, and they are (Egyptians, Greeks and Jews). This research attempts to shed light on the attempt to balance that unemployment applied to the social systems that the city of Alexandria knew, by virtue of the fact that foreign elements gathered in it only from other cities of Egypt, and the results that resulted from it and the extent of the Egyptians’ acceptance of this policy, and on the other hand, this research tries to reach To conclusions about the relations between the Egyptians and the other elements that came to the country, especially the Greeks, and within the framework of the treatment to be carried out on the aforementioned elements, the following forms come to us: - What was the nature of the policy applied by the Ptolemies in Egypt with regard to social life, and what was the extent of the impact of this policy on the human races subject to their rule?
