الملخص
يتضمن محتوى الدراسة الموسومة بالتمثلات الاجتماعية للمرأة العاملة حول ظاهرة العنف في المجتمع الجزائري، مجموعة من المتغيرات التي تتعلق بالسلوكات الرمزية الموجهة ضدها، ويظهر ذلك من خلال تفاعلها وفق ما تمليه الظروف المعيشية المحاطة بجملة من المعايير والقيم والأعراف، وهي بدورها تضغط على العنصر الذكوري في علاقاته مع المرأة، والتي تعطي لها تمثلات اجتماعية يمكن أن تعيشها وتلاحظها على المستوى الأسري، أو ضمن المؤسسات التي تعمل بها، وقد تمتد هذه التمثلات إلى باقي عناصر المجتمع من جماعات وكذا البيئة الاجتماعية الخارجة عن وسطها الأسري ممثلة في الشارع أو علاقات العمل، فتعيش المرأة العاملة حالة من العنف الذي قد لا يظهر بشكل واضح لدى العيان، وهذا ما يفسر الإرتباط الوثيق بين مفهوم المرأة وعلاقاتها بالرجل منذ زمن طويل، والذي لا يخلو من الممارسات العنيفة الموجهة ضد المرأة مهما كانت وضعيتها، فتحرر المرأة وخروجها إلى العمل لا يغير معنى العنف ضدها The content of the study tagged with social representations of working women on the phenomenon of violence in Algerian society a set of variables that relate to symbolic behaviour against them, as demonstrated by their interaction as dictated by living conditions surrounded by a variety of norms, values and customs in turn, it pressures the male component of its relations with women, Which give them social representations that you can live and observe at the family level or within the institutions in which they operate, such representations may extend to other elements of society from groups as well as the social environment outside their family environment represented on the street or working relationships Working women live in a situation of violence that may not manifest itself in the eyes, This explains the close correlation between the concept of women and their long-standing relationships with men. violence against women, regardless of their status, Women's emancipation and employment does not change the meaning of violence against them
