الملخص
إن من أعلام المدرسة العراقية المالكية، أبى يعلى العبدي، المعروف بابن الصّواف، شيخ المالكية بالبصرة وإمامهم وصاحب تدريسهم، ومدار فتواهم، فكانت هذه المقالة تعريفاً بمعالم شخصيته، ومكانته العلمية، ثم بمصنفه الوحيد الذي وصل إلينا وهو كتاب الخصال الصغير، ببيان محتواه ومميزاته وقيمته العلمية ومنهجيته المتبعة في عرض المسائل الفقهية، مع إبراز شيء من طريقة العراقيين في التأليف، ثم ختمتها بأهم النتائج والتوصيات. Abstract: One of the notables of the Iraqi Maliki School, Abi Ali Al-Abdi, known as Ibn Al-Sawaf is considered as the Sheikh, the imam, the owner of teaching and the orbit of the fatwa of the Maliki School in BASRA. Therefore, this article presented the features of his personality, his scientific standing, and then his only book that reached us, which is Al-Khisal Al-Saghir. We presented a statement of its content, characteristics, and its scientific value, and the methodology followed in presenting jurisprudential issues, with highlighting something from the Iraqi method of authorship. Finally, we concluded the article by the most important results and recommendations.
