الملخص
امتاز الشيخ الطاهر العبيدي بتنوع تآليفه وغزارة انتاجه العلمي فقد كتب في فنون شتى كالأدب والتصوف والفقه، وها نحن في هذا المقال نسلط الضوء على جانب مهم من اهتماماته ألا وهو مجال الفقه؛ فقد كتب عدة رسائل امتازت بالبساطة واليسر كما كانت له منهجية خاصة في الفتوى والتطرق لآثاره بالدراسة والبحث أمر في غاية الأهمية لأنه يمثل مرجعية أصيلة يمكن أن تفيد الباحثين في الوقت الحاضر. Abstract: Sheikh Al-Taher Al-Obaidi was distinguished by the diversity of his writing and the abundance of his scientific production. He wrote in various arts such as literature, mysticism and jurisprudence, and here we are in this article highlighting an important aspect of his interests, which is the field of jurisprudence. He wrote several letters that were characterized by simplicity and ease, as he had a special methodology in fatwa and addressing Because of its effects, study and research is very important because it represents an authentic reference that can benefit researchers at the present time.
