In this study, we try to shed light on the experience of Grameen Bank, which was able, through its leader Younis Mahmoud, to win the loyalty of its customers through a number of procedures . It is a set of individual and collective incentives in order to raise the level of loyalty among employees. Younis mahmoud used the recomendation system in Approval of new borrowers' applications; so that gives the bank more confidence and more guarantee. In this study we suggest applicating recomendation system in human resource employement by building groups as snowballs using recomendation and confidence to get a strong loyal small society in long term and It is a manner for organizations to avoid lot of the disadvantages of the traditional method
