السيرة النبوية عند ابن باديس الاسنباط والتوظيف من خلال آثاره

الملخص
في هذه الدراسة تناولت دراسة أحد أعلام الجزائر, العلمية والإصلاحية البارزة في العصر الحديث, وهو العلامة عبد الحميد بن باديس رحمه الله, وذلك بجمع استنباطاته من السيرة النبوية في شتى المجالات العلمية والدعوية , وبيان توظيفه للسيرة في دعوته الإصلاحية... تبين من خلال الدراسة تعلق العلامة ابن باديس بالسيرة النبوية وتوظيفه لها في مواجهة مختلف القضايا التي اعترت مسيرته الإصلاحية, سواء على المستوى العقدي أو التربوي أو الإجتماعي.... وتبين أيضا سعة السيرة النبوية لحل المشاكل المعاصرة, وأنها تزخر بكم كبير من الأحداث والنصوص التي يمكن توظيفها في معالجة الوقائع النازلة, لكن يحتاج كل ذلك إلى عالم يحسن الاستنباط. Abstract: In this study, I dealt with the study of one of Algeria’s prominent scientific and reformist figures in the modern era, the scholar Abd al-Hamid bin Badis, may God have mercy on him, by collecting his deductions from the Prophet’s biography in various scientific and advocacy fields, and showing his use of theProphet’s biography in his reformist call. It was found through the study that the scholar Ibn Badis was attached to the Prophet’s biography and he used it to confront the various issues that plagued his reformist career, whether at the doctrinal, educational or social level.... It also shows the capacity of the Prophet's biography to solve contemporary problems, but it needs a scholar who improves good deduction.
