أثر مشاتل المؤسسات على تطوير نشاط المؤسسات المصغرة والمؤسسات الناشئة بالجزائر

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى تأثير خدمات مشاتل المؤسسات على تطوير نشاط المؤسسات المحتضنة، وأي خدمة أكثر تأثيرا معتمدين في ذلك على المنهج الوصفي لتحليل نتائج الاستبيان الإلكتروني الذي تم توزيعه على عينة متكونة من 41 مؤسسة محتضنة داخل المشاتل عبر عدة ولايات، حيث توصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى أن خدمات المرافقة والاستشارة المقدمة من طرف مشاتل المؤسسات لا تؤثر بشكل واضح على تطور نشاط المؤسسات المحتضنة، في حين أن خدمات الإيواء كان لها أثر كبير على تطور نشاط هذه المؤسسات، وعلى هذا الأساس على مشاتل المؤسسات التركيز مستقبلا على تحسين جودة خدمات المرافقة والاستشارة المقدمة بشكل يلبي رغبات المؤسسات المحتضنة. This study aims to reveal the extent of the impact of the institutions nurseries services on the development of the activities of the incubated institutions, and which service is more influential, depending on the descriptive approach to analyze the results of the electronic questionnaire that was distributed to a sample of 41 institutions incubated within the nurseries across several states, where through this study, we concluded that the escort and counseling services provided by the nurseries of the institutions do not clearly affect the development of the activity of the incubated institutions, while the accommodation services had a significant impact on the development of the activity of these institutions, and on this basis the nurseries of the institutions focus in the future on improving the quality of the escort and counseling services provided in a way that meets the wishes of the incubated institutions.
