الملخص
يعتبر موضوع الزخارف ودلالاتها الرمزية من المواضيع الشائكة في مجال البحث نظرا لتشعبه وكثرة ميادينه، وتتميز العمارة الدينية الرومانية بتنوع زخرفتها خاصة في مدينة روما إذ نجد معظم المعابد زينت وزخرفت بأشكال عدة الغرض منها إضفاء الجمال للمبنى بالإضافة الى العلاقة التي تربط العنصر ألزخرفي كمدلول بالإله المكرس عبادته في المعبد وتتمحور دراستنا حول موضوع متعلق بالمعابد والذي يعتبر جزء مهم منه ولا يمكن الاستغناء عنه ألا وهو المذبح، حيث يعتبر مكان تقديم الأضاحي والقرابين للآلهة، وقد احتوت مذابح المعابد الرومانية على العديد من النقوش والزخارف الوثنية التي عبرت عن فكر الفنان في تلك الفترة، ويعتبر مذبح معبد كابيتول بمدينة جميلة من بين النماذج التي مازالت محافظة على خصائصها الفنية ومنحوتاته الزخرفية والتعبيرية التي عبرت عن عقيدته في تلك الفترة. The subject of decorations and their symbolic connotations is one of the thorny topics in the field of research due to its complexity and the large number of its fields. The Roman religious architecture is characterized by the diversity of its decoration, especially in the city of Rome, where we find most temples decorated and decorated in several forms, the purpose of which is to add beauty to the building in addition to the relationship that links the decorative element as a signifier to the god devoted his worship In the temple, our study revolves around a topic related to the temples, which is an important and indispensable part of it, which is the altar, which is the place of offering sacrifices and offerings to the gods. The altar of the Capitol Temple in a kuikul city is among the models that still preserve its artistic characteristics, and its decorative and expressive sculptures that expressed his belief in that period.
