معالم المنهاج النبوي في إرساء القيم الدبلوماسية The Features Of The Prophet's Curriculum In Establishing Diplomatic Values

الملخص
تهدف هذه المقالة إلى إبراز المنهاج الذي يجب أن يتبعه الدبلوماسي المسلم وذالك من خلال البحث في سيرة قدوة البشرية: محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم، لتبرز القواعدَ والضوابطَ الدبلوماسية التي وضعها نبينا من خلال أقواله وأفعاله. فلقد كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم معلما لأصحابه يعلّمُهم ويرشدُهم كيف تكون الدعوة إلى الله من خلال الدبلوماسية مع الغير، سواء داخلَ المجتمع الإسلامي أم خارجه، فتكوّن من ذلك منظومةٌ من القواعد والآداب والسلوكيات، أهمها: الدقة في اختيار الدبلوماسيين الممثلين للإسلام، تحصينهم سواء أكانوا وافدين أو مرسلين، وكذا اختيار الوقت المناسب لممارسة الدبلوماسية. This article aims to highlight the curriculum that a Muslim diplomat should follow by researching the biography of the example of humanity: Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, to highlight the diplomatic rules and controls established by our Prophet through his words and actions. The Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was a teacher to his companions, teaching them and guiding them how to call to God through diplomacy with others, whether inside or outside the Islamic community. From that, a system of rules, etiquette and behavior was formed, the most important of which is: the accuracy in choosing diplomats who represent Islam, immunizing them, whether they were arrivals or dispatchers, as well as choosing the appropriate time to practice diplomacy
