الملخص
يتناول المقال الموسوم "الأزمة البربرية لسنة 1949 في تقرير سري للبوليس الفرنسي" تحليل وثيقة تاريخية موجودة في أرشيف اكس أون بروفانس. في هذا المقال نحاول الإجابة على مسألتين: الأولى: تتعلق بالمشكلة البربرية كمشكلة ممتدة في الزمن، بدأت في الماضي واستمرت بمظاهر متعددة. الثانية: تتعلق بدراسة هذه الأزمة من ناحية أنها أزمة مؤقتة تعرض لها حزب الشعب الجزائري -حركة انتصار الحريات الديمقراطية PPA-MTLD - في نهاية الأربعينيات وأحدثت تفاعلات على الساحة السياسية وكانت محل متابعة من السلطات الاستعمارية الفرنسية التي حاولت الإحاطة بأسبابها ومظاهرها ونتائجها، وبصورة عامة الوثيقة نص تاريخي هام عن مرحلة عاشتها الحركة الوطنية عامة والاتجاه الاستقلالي منها خاصة. The article "The Berber Crisis of 1949 in a Secret Report of the French Police" examines the analysis of a historical document in the Archives of Ax-en-Provence. In this article we try to answer two issues: First, it relates to the berber problem as an extended problem in time, which began in the past and continued in multiple manifestations. Second, it relates to the study of this crisis in terms of the interim crisis suffered by the Algerian People's Party, the Movement for the Victory of Democratic Freedoms , at the end of the 1940s, which created interactions on the political scene and was followed up by the French colonial authorities, who tried to inform their causes, manifestations and consequences, and in general the document is an important historical text on the stage of the national movement in general and the direction of independence from it in particular.
