الإقتصاد الإجتماعي و التضامني: قراءة في المفهوم و المقاربات Social And Solidarity Economy: A Reading Of The Concept And Approaches

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقديم قراءة في مفهوم الإقتصاد الإجتماعي و التضامني و المقاربات النظرية المفسرة له، و مدى تمكنها من إعطاء تصور نظري لإقتصاد بديل عن باقي الإقتصادات، من منطلق فهم طبيعة العلاقات الإجتماعية و مدى تأثيرها على السلوك الإقتصادي ضمن التحولات الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية و السياسية السائدة، و تحديد المتغيرات العلمية و التطبيقية التي على أساسها تم صياغة مختلف الأدبيات النظرية المشكلة لهذا الحقل، و قد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن الإقتصاد الإجتماعي و التضامني هو نظام يربط بين عمليتي الإنتاج و التوزيع، أولويته تقديم الغاية الإجتماعية عن تعظيم الربح، على أساس مقاربة تضامنية تحمل نموذج إقتصادي أكثر أخلاقية يحترم الفرد و يحافظ على البيئة، تتقاطع عند تفسيره مقاربات نظرية ذات متغيرات فكرية تجمع بين ما هو قانوني مؤسسي، معياري و ديمقراطي، تشكل في مجملها حقلا معرفيا يساهم في فهم السلوك الإجتماعي ضمن النشاط الإقتصادي لفواعل السوق، قياسا بمختلف الظروف و التحولات المحيطة به. This study aims to provide a reading of the concept of social and solidarity economy and the theoretical approaches that explain it, and the extent to which they are able to give a theoretical conception of an alternative economy from the rest of economies, in terms of understanding the nature of social relations and the extent of their impact on economic behavior within the economic, social and political transformations, this study concluded that the social and solidarity economy is a system that links the production and distribution processes, the priority of which is to present the social goal over profit maximization, on the basis of a solidarity approach that carries a more ethical economic model that respects the individual and preserves the environment, intersects when interpreting theoretical approaches with intellectual variables that combine what is legal institutional, normative and democratic, constituting in its entirety a field of knowledge that contributes to understanding social behavior within the economic activity of market actors, compared to the various circumstances and transformations surrounding it.
