Résumé

Talking about Algerian literature after independence requires strongly evoking the political side in Algeria which is undoubtedly a major element in the choice of the various literary themes. From 1988, Algeria was undergoing a great change; the political pil- lar was a primordial tool for most French-speaking Algerian authors. Some of them like Rachid Mimouni, Tahar Djaoutm Yasmina Khadra and many others have ensured a fairly en- riching literary production by establishing the existing relation between literary books and political discourse plus the historical aspect. It's notable that the political question was raised through literary studies, but it has never been a problematic center. The major objective of all writers in this period was to ask for action but above all to reject loud and clear the exclusion of democracy in an independent country
