الملخص
تعد جريمة المتاجرة بالأشخاص من المعضلات الكبرى في عصرنا الحديث حيث أصبح الإنسان يعامل به مثل الأشياء بدون أي كرامة بسبب تنامي مستنقع الجريمة المنظمة عبر العالم، فهو بضاعة يوجد الكثير من يهوى بيعها نظرا لكثرة الطلب عليها في سوق بعيدة كل البعد عن أي صلة لمفهوم الإنسانية وكرامتها وقدسيتها، هذا ما ألزم مختلف النظم عبر المعمورة لسن تشريعات ووضع خطط لمحاولة تدارك هذه الظاهرة المأساوية والتصدي لها بكل الآليات المتاحة. Human trafficking is considered to be one of the major problems in our modern era whereas humans are traded like objects with no dignity whatsoever as a result of the increasingly growing organized crime worldwide .Many like selling humans as goods given the high demand for the latter in a market completely discordant with the definition of humanity and its dignity and sacredness. This obliged the different systems across the globe to introduce legislation and put plans in an attempt to redress and confront this tragic phenomenon with all available procedures.
