العلاج النفسي التحليلي في المجتمعات العربية الإسلامية مركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي نموذجا

الملخص
ملخّص تؤكد الملاحظات الطولية نجاعة العلاج النفسي التحليلي للمعاناة النفسية التي يتقدّم بها الشباب إلى استشاراتنا. لذلك، أردنا إخضاع البيانات التجريبية لهذه المساعدة، للمناقشة، على ضوء النظرية التحليلية. تمثل هذه المعطيات ثلاثين عاماً من ممارستنا الميدانية للعلاج النفسي التحليلي بمركز المساعدة النفسية الجامعي سامية بن ونيش بجامعة الجزائر 2. فعلا، قد تطرح عالمية السياقات النفسية والاختلافات الثقافية والدينية إشكالية صلاحية هذا العلاج من عدمه. هل للعوامل الثقافية والدينية دور في عرقلة السياق العلاجي التحليلي، أم أنها مجرد تعبيرات عن المقاومة التي تترجم سيطرة هيئة من الجهاز النفسي كما صاغه فرويد؟ هل للعوامل الثقافية والدينية تأثير على التاريخ النفسي الجنسي المسبّب للمعاناة النفسية؟ بالتالي، هل تعرقل هذه العوامل السياق العلاجي المستوحى من النظرية التحليلية؟ يتناول هذا المقال، أوّلاً، الدراسات التي افترضت عدم صلاحية تطبيق التنظير التحليلي على المجتمعات العربية الإسلامية، ثانيًا، النفي المبرّر لهذا الافتراض، ثالثًا شرح الظواهر النفسية المحرّكة للعلاقة العلاجية، في المنهج العيادي، التي تدعّم فعالية هذا العلاج. Abstract: The long-term observations had proved the efficiency of the psychoanalytic therapy with treating the psychological suffering of the youth who came to the center. Therefore, we wanted to expose our therapeutic experience data to discussion, in the light of psychoanalytical theory. These data represent thirty years of our personal psychoanalytic clinical practice at the university psychological treatment center, University of Algiers2. As a matter of fact, the universality of the psychological contexts and the cultural/religious issues are problematic whether or not this therapy is valid. Do the cultural/ religious factors have to do with impeding the therapeutic process and context, or it is mere expressions of resistance that translate the control of an aspect of a psychological functioning system as it has been formulated by Freud. Do the cultural/ religious factors have an impact on the psychological/ sexual history causing mental distress? Hence, this article presents, first, studies which assumed the invalidity of practicing and applying the psychoanalytic approach on the Muslim Arabic Societies. Second, we illustrate the justified negation of this assumption, and third, the explanation of the psychological phenomena that activate the therapeutic relationship in the clinical methodology which supports the effectiveness of this treatment. Résumé : Des observations longitudinales confirment l'efficacité du traitement psychanalytique de la souffrance psychique des jeunes qui viennent à nos consultations. A la lumière de la théorie psychanalytique, nous avons donc voulu soumettre les données empiriques de cette psychothérapie, à une discussion. Pour l'auteure de l'article, ces données représentent trente années de pratique de terrain de la psychothérapie psychanalytique au Centre d'Aide Psychologique Universitaire Samia Benouniche de l'Université d'Alger 2. En effet, l’universalité des processus psychiques et les différences culturelles et religieuses peuvent poser la problématique de l’efficacité ou non de ce type d’intervention. Les facteurs culturels et religieux peuvent-ils entraver ce type de processus thérapeutique ou ne seraient-ils que l’expression de la résistance traduisant la domination d’une instance de l’appareil psychique, tel élaboré par Freud ? Les facteurs culturels et religieux, peuvent-ils agir sur le développement psychosexuel qui détermine la souffrance et de ce fait compromettre le processus thérapeutique inspiré de la théorie psychanalytique ? Par conséquent, cet article présente, en premier lieu, des études qui ont supposé l'invalidité de la pratique et de l'application de l'approche psychanalytique sur les sociétés arabes musulmanes. Ensuite, il argumentera par des exemples cliniques la réfutation de cette thèse. Enfin, il expliquera les faits psychiques qui animent la relation thérapeutique telle que nous la recommande la psychologie clinique d’inspiration psycho-dynamique.
