الملخص

تهدف هذه الورقة العلمية إلى الإحاطة النظرية بموضوع النشر العلمي ومدى أهميته كمعيار أساسي في تصنيف الجامعات على المستوى الدولي، من خلال التموضع التصاعدي في تصنيفات عالمية معروفة، حيث تعتبر التصنيفات العالمية للجامعات من أبرز المؤشرات التي يمكن الاستدلال بها على جودة الجامعة ومدى تطورها، إذ تسعى معظم الجامعات التي تهدف إلى تحسين صورتها وسمعتها إلى الأخذ بالمعايير التي تضعها أشهر التصنيفات، وعليه فهذه التصنيفات تعكس جانبا كبيرا من جودة التعليم العالي، وتسعى أغلب جامعات اليوم إلى فهم وتكييف أنظمتها التعليمية مع المتطلبات والشروط التي تحقق لها الجودة من جهة، وتصدر التصنيفات العالمية من جهة أخرى. this scientific paper aims to brief the theory on the subject of scientific publication and its importance as a basic criterion in the classification of universities at the international level, through the upward positioning in well-known global classifications, where the global classifications of universities are one of the most prominent indicators that can be inferred on the quality of the university and the extent of its development, as most universities aim to improve their image and reputation seek to adopt the standards set by the most famous classifications, and therefore these classifications reflect a large part of the quality of higher education, and most of the universities seek to improve their image and reputation. Today's universities understand and adapt their educational systems to quality requirements and conditions on the one hand, and issue global rankings on the other.
