فلسفة التغير الاجتماعي والثقافي في منظور المفكرين المسلمين

الملخص
تناولنا في مقالنا هذا أحد أكبر المعضلات المثيرة للقلق في حياة المجتمعات البشرية جميعها، والذي يتعلق بسعيها للانتقال من وضع حضاري أدنى إلى آخر أرقى، حيث يعد التفكير في تغيير الأوضاع الاجتماعية والثقافية نحو الأحسن الشغل الشاغل لجميع المجموعات البشرية بمختلف مستوياتها الحضارية؛ وهذا ضمن المسعى الدائم للبحث عن السعادة المنشودة، ولذلك كرس جل المفكرين وقتهم لمحاولة فهم هذا الانشغال والإجابة عن كل ما يحيط به من تساؤلات. وعلى هذا الأساس كانت انطلاقتي العلمية لمحاولة سبر أغوار هذا الموضوع عند بعض المفكرين المسلمين في مراحل تاريخية متباعدة، وكان اختيارنا لكل من عبد الرحمان بن خلدون ومالك بن نبي من أجل معرفة إن كان لعامل الزمان تأثيرا على التصور العام نحو هذا الموضوع. وقد تبين لنا بعد الاطلاع على ما كتباه في هذا الباب تشابه وجهتي نظرهما إلى هذا الموضوع؛ خاصة في إشارتهما إلى تعدد العوامل المتحكمة في التغير الاجتماعي والثقافي، وكذا تركيزهما على المساهمة الحاسمة للبعد الأخلاقي في إحداث النقلة النوعية من حالة التخلف إلى حالة التطور والنمو. We have addressed in this research one of the most interests of concern in all human societies' life, it’s about seeking to move from a lower civilized status to another higher, where thinking about changing social and cultural conditions for the better is the main concern for all human groups in their various levels of civilization and that’s within a permanent endeavor to seek out the desired happiness. Therefore, most of the thinkers have devoted their time trying to understand this preoccupation and answering all questions surrounding it. On such a basis was my springboard to try to probe the heart of this topic, with some Muslim Thinkers in divergent historical stages, and our choice of each of Abdul Rahman Ibn Khaldun and Malek Bennabi was in order to find out whether the factor of time had an effect on the general perception of this subject in both. We have come to realize the similarity of their points of view on this topic; especially in their reference to the multiplicity of factors controlling social and cultural change, as well as their focus on the decisive contribution of the moral dimension to make a qualitative leap from a state of backwardness to a state of development and growth.
