فقه آداب الاحتساب وأهميته في توفير الحماية للمستهلك من خلال نوازل أصحاب الخدمات الاستهلاكية من الحرفيين والمهنيين

الملخص
إن من أبرز المهام الموكولة إلى جهاز الحسبة في الفقه النوازلي مراقبة المشروعات الإنتاجية، وكيفية تسيير نشاطاتها الصناعية والإنتاجية، بما يخدم مصالح المستهلكين، ويقتضي حفظ سلامة أبدانهم، بمراقبة معايير الجودة والسلامة في جميع مراحل الإنتاج. ولا تقف وظيفة هذا الجهاز الرقابي عند حدود إنكار المنكرات ومحاربة الغشوش وكتمان العيوب، بل يتجاوزه إلى توجيه الأفراد والوحدات الإنتاجية إلى اتباع أفضل الطرق الفنية التي يمكن أن تستخدم لتحسين مستوى الإنتاج، وجودة الخدمات الاستهلاكية، والرفع من جودتها وقيمتها. Abstract: One of the most important tasks entrusted to the Hisbah in Nawazi jurisprudence is to monitor production projects, and how to conduct their industrial and production activities, in a way that serves the interests of consumers, and requires the preservation of the integrity of their bodies, by monitoring quality and safety standards at all stages of production. The function of this supervisory apparatus does not stop at the limits of denying evils, combating fraud, and concealing faults, but rather directing individuals and production units to follow the best technical methods that can be used to improve the level of production, the quality of consumer services, and raise their quality and value.
